Ignoring the Truth

Ignoring the truth because it hurts.
Ignoring the truth because its too true.
Ignoring the truth because i dont want to change
and ignoring the truth because of you.

It hurts to know how much I have jus let slip by.
Things i've just watched pick themselves up and walk out of my life.
Many times without warning.
It's always my fault...

Not once have I ever tried to stopped it.
Thinking if I let go it'll always come back.
Not realizing it never has, and probably never will...
